Members Only – Discounts & Rewards Policy

To enjoy the benefits of our Members Only loyalty programme, you’ll need to create a Club L London account. Simply select Account in the top-right corner of our website to register.

 

Earning Points

 

· You’ll earn 5 points for every €1 spent (excluding delivery charges).

· Purchases made via guest checkout do not qualify for points. Please ensure you’re signed in to your account at checkout.

· Points become available 28 days after purchase. Any points earned on returned items will be automatically deducted.

· Purchases of gift cards, or purchases made using gift cards, do not qualify for points.

· You cannot collect multiple points for repeating the same action (e.g., following us on social media more than once).

 

Redeeming Points

 

· Once you reach 1,000 points, you’ll be able to redeem your first voucher.

· The maximum voucher value available is €60 (redeemable with 6,000 points).

· Only one loyalty voucher can be used per order.

· Vouchers cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.

· When redeeming points, discounts do not apply to delivery charges.

 

Validity & Expiry

 

· Points are valid for 12 months. If they are not redeemed within this period, your balance will be reset to zero.

· Club L London reserves the right to transfer, cancel, withdraw, or amend points and rewards at any time without prior notice.

 

Communications

 

· By joining Members Only, you will not automatically be opted into marketing emails.

· To receive updates on rewards, points balance, and programme news, you will need to subscribe to email communications separately.
