RETURNS

Please take care when trying on your items as we do not accept returns with snags, tears, make up, tan marks or damage in line with our policy. All items must be returned to us undamaged, in their original packaging with all labels and safe tape fully in tact.

Returning items couldn’t be simpler with our step-by-step guides tailored to each destination.  

You have 14 days from receiving your order to register a return, and any items sent back must be received by us within 28 days of when they were first received by you.

Returns from international destinations will take longer to be received.

A STEP BY STEP GUIDE

Please return items in their original condition, unworn and with all their tags and hygiene strips intact. We cannot accept returns on pierced earrings, hosiery, underwear solutions and cosmetics.

STEP 1

Begin by entering your order number on our returns portal then follow with either your postcode, email or phone number.

STEP 2

Select the item from your order that you wish to return

STEP 3

Select the reason why you would like to return the item.

STEP 4

Choose your preferred return method.

STEP 5

Download your QR code or print and attach your returns label. Take the parcel to your chosen drop-off location within 5 days of creating the return and make sure to retain your proof of postage.

*Please note, it can take up to 10 business days once parcels are received for returns to be processed and refunds can take 5-10 business days to show on your account depending on your payment provider.

STEP 1

Please include the order number, your full name and address and the product name of the item you are returning inside the parcel.

STEP 2

Take the parcel to your local post office or chosen delivery company with the following return address attached:

 Please make sure to retain your proof of postage.

STEP 3

Once we’ve received your return, it will take up to 10 business days to be processed and following this, we'll send a refund notification to your preferred email address. Please note that refunds can take 5-10 business days to show on your account depending on your payment provider.

RETURNS POLICY

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all their tags and protective strips intact.  

Returns of pierced earrings, hosiery, underwear solutions and/or cosmetic products will not be accepted under any circumstance. 

Bikini bottoms and swimsuits must be tried on over underwear and the hygiene strip must be intact when returning otherwise, it will not be accepted. 

When trying on shoes, please stand on a carpeted floor to protect their soles. If shoes are returned with marks or without the outsole’s protective seals, they will not be accepted. 

We have made every effort to display the colours of our items as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the shade displayed on your computer monitor, tablet or mobile device will be completely accurate. 

We reserve the right not to accept a return if the item shows signs of wear, damage or alteration from its original condition. 

DO I HAVE TO PAY TO RETURN AN ITEM?

If you’d like to return an item from Ireland you will be charged for the returns shipping label. The fee is processed through our returns portal and is payable when you’re starting the returns process.  

If you’d like to return an item from anywhere else in the world you are responsible for arranging the shipment and covering the fees. No fees are deducted from your refund.

CAN I RETURN MULTIPLE ORDERS IN ONE PARCEL?

Unfortunately, separate orders cannot be returned together in one parcel. Please return each order separately.

I RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM. WILL I BE CHARGED FOR THE RETURN?

In the rare occasion that this happens, please get in touch with our team within 24 hours of receiving your item. Our Customer Care team will be in touch and get this resolved for you.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Once we have received your parcel, please allow up to 10 working days for us to process your refund to the original payment method minus the return shipping fee. Refunds can take 5-10 working days to show in your account depending on your payment provider. Please contact your payment provider for more information.

 

We will send you an email when your return has been processed. We will notify you if any items are rejected as return as they are deemed in unsaleable/ineligible for refund. Please make sure you’re only returning items that are eligible for refund.

 

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any lost parcels. We advise that you keep hold of your returns tracking number until your refund has been processed.

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

At this moment, we don’t offer exchanges, but we’re always working on new solutions to offer our customers.

WHAT ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE?

We can only accept items returned in their original condition, unworn and with all their tags and/or hygiene strips intact.  

The following items cannot be returned: 

- Pierced jewellery 

- Cosmetics

- Underwear Solutions

- Hosiery
